Earlier it was Juju Watkins. Then it was Jazzy Davidson. Now one of the recruitment of basketball of the country’s top women is on the way to USC.
The country’s number 1 probability Sunia Hall in the 2026 category, committed to USC on ESPN on Friday, soon after its official visit on the campus. He is the third number 1 possibility in four years to be committed to Lindsay Gotlib and USC.
This is a shocking achievement, where it was a program, when Gotlib took over in 2021. But since the landing of Watkins in November 2022, no coach in the Women’s College Basketball has been better in the recruitment of top talent like Gotlib.
“Going there, it felt like home,” the hall said today on ESPN’s NBA. “I loved all my future colleagues. The girls there enjoy a lot to stay around. And then of course Lindsay (Gotlib), he definitely has to support me and I have made a relationship with her. He is a great coach.”
The hall, which is from Ohio, is a fitting extra for that star-staded lineage and a major victory for the USC after a disappointing end for the previous season. She was recently named the most valuable player of the Women’s FIBA World Cup U19, yet, at the age of 16, is one of the youngest players to compete in the field.
Playing with their future Trojan team partners this month – Davidson and Rising Sophomore Kennedy Smith – In the U19 National Team, the hall scored about 20 points per game to lead all Americans. He contributed 6.4 rebounds, 2.9 theft, two aids and a block per game, brightened a skill that already looks at primary for the top competition.
When the hall joins the USC with the next decline, it will score a roster that rank the most in the history of the game. After most of the next season’s disappearance, Watkins will return, while Davidson would only be a sophomore. Smith, number 6 recruitment in 2024 square, will still have a stability in the lineup.
Add the hall to that equation, and Trojan, with four five stars in Tow, can enter the 2027 season very well as a national title.
