Heavy storms in northern Vietnam leave 1 dead

Hanoi, Vietnam – Hanoi, Vietnam (AP) – Heavy storms in North Vietnam killed a person and another went missing, police said on Wednesday, as Wipha weakened in a depression from a tropical storm.
