The first time facing the doseers gives the opportunity to reflect the walker bouler

It was nine months since Walker Buholar had killed Alex Wordugo, spread his arms on the Yanki Stadium mound, and was dogpil after recording the last out of the world series last year’s world series.

But on Friday afternoon, the memory beyond the first reunion of the bouler with the doseers since Boston left for Red Sox, the memory was clearly fresh – for them, their former companions and coaches, and even in the city for a weekend series in Fenway Park, a traveling party of doders fans in the city.

As Buholar had a conversation with members of his old organization a few hours ago with the opener of the Friday series, the fans of the dors saw him on a diamond on a pregend tour of the stadium. Within the moments, an otherwise empty ballpark was echoing with cheers and applause, fans shouted the name of Buhler because they accepted them with a wave of their hand.

“It was really good,” Buholar later said, at that moment the moment he reminded him of a conversation that he did with the Dozers Broadcaster Oral Harshazer (with a world chain hero of a separate generation, who became the protector of Buhler during his time with the team).

He said, “Talking to Oral about the stuff he has passed and the way people react to him, I think it is clearly two different situations,” he said. “But for fans to walk around me, I imagine in LA that it will happen for a while, I hope.”

In fact, if there was any doubt about how the doseers’ term of Buhler should be remembered, then his role in the world series last year included it in the mythological position.

No, the people of the right hand did not reach the Syg Young-Vajeta expectations when he first came as a highly touched possibility with the presence of a large fastball and fierce mound. As prominent from 2018-2021, when he went to 39–13 with 2.82 earned-run averages and two all-star mines, his seven-year term ended 2022 Tommy John Surgery (second of his career) and a disappointing regular-season performance on his return in 2024.

The best dodger moments of Buhler, however, always came to Postsen: in 2018 as a crook, from his division-clinning gem in game 163, the Dojers’ 2020 World Series runs in five during his 1.80 ERA in five, when he balls twice for a failed title for a failed title in 2021, he was twice again for 10 times for 10 unknowns, he was twice again for a failure. The unexpected star struggles in summer after its later Tommy John.

“That moment means enough for all of us, that we were a part of it with the city and with fans who used to come out for us every day,” he said, talking to reporters in Red Sock’s house dugout. “I think it will be difficult to leave it anywhere except – except here.”

While Buehler expressed interest in remaining the remaining with the doors in front of its independent agency in the last winter, his final departure became clear in the first week of Offshin.

The team did not expand him a year, $ 21.05 million qualifying offer-that ended as the same amount signed with Red Sox. The Dozers went with a contract of $ 182 million after Blake Snell instead, and won the January sweepstake for Japanese Fenome Roki Sasaki.

“This was an interesting situation. I think there are two sides of the situation clearly,” the Buhler said while reflecting back to his independent agency. “We talked about it, we talked through it. And they went and signed the people they wanted to sign. And I signed with a place I wanted to play. It’s like this.”

In blindness, it was a result, nor did no side seem to be regretted.

In the absence of Buholar, Dozers have succeeded in working around the first-diarrhea injuries for several major starts, and a potential postsen is on a track for rotation, with Yoshinobu Yamamoto, Tyler Glasso, Shohi Ottani and Snell.

Meanwhile, Buholar said that he has enjoyed playing for Red Sox, even though he has re -acquired with 5.72 ERA (at least 80 innings with 107 pitches with 107 pitches) again.

“It’s really a fun year, out of some game items for me,” he said. “But my family and me, we’re loved here and really welcomed here a lot, as well as, like we were in LA.”

Buehler has recently been better, to help Red Sax to help maintain the final wild-card spot in the American League in his last 18 innings.

Their next start, fitting, will come against the doors in the series of Sunday.

“It would be interesting,” Buhler said with a laugh. “Obviously, I was one of the last wave coming there. So I have found small bits and its pieces playing against Joc (Pedderson) and (Kodi Bellinger) and Kori (Sagar). So it will be nine of them for me, I think.”

Buhler wished that he could repay against Clayton Karshaw; Some he said that he and the Future Hall of Fame Left-Handing (who will pitch the game of Saturday) jokingly joked while meeting on Thursday’s off Day.

Nevertheless, Buhler said, “I think you try to keep it as normal normally as you can. Obviously it will be a little strange or fun or whatever it is. But I don’t know. At the end of the day, we are all playing a game for a salary. To get a goal and to get one on them. I don’t think the preparations against them are really different.”

On the other hand, on Friday, there was a day for nostalgia, in which Buhler received his world series ring from Dozers Manager Dave Roberts and most of the remaining players of last year’s team during pregem batting practice.

“I was very lucky that the draft was prepared and developed and there to spend so much time,” said Buhler. “I should credits a lot of good success that I am for him, and how they handled me and treated me. There is nothing good to say there.”

As if their ring-one diamond-staded reminder, what, for now, at least, remains a permanent image of their doseers carrier-no one is closed with that, Buholar said smiling.

“I think you already have,” he said. “But I think everyone knows that I am on a year contract, so you never know what is going to happen below the road.”

Bet absent for Friday

Dozers were without shortstop Muki Bates, who were participating in an individual case with their family in Nashville. Roberts said that Bates was expected to re -join the club on Saturday, but it was uncertain if he would return to the initial lineup for that day’s game.
